Very courteous and helpful service, spacious rooms and very nice breakfast buffet. Location was on waterfront and free rental of bikes was a nice added bonus.

Very simple and nice, pool and sun a beautiful room for 2 incl. a kitchen in the center of Locarno a throw of stone from Piazza Grande...!

The hotel staff was extremely helpful. the breakfasts were absolutely fantastic. - the service provided was terrific. - the location close to the old town area was convenient and made it easy to access key attractions.

We stayed in the family suite, consisting of a bedroom with double bed, kitchen with table for 4 and living room with sofas converting into beds.. Great location, friendly helpful staff who spoke multiple languages. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Parking garage below the hotel. Large rooms. I would recommend the lake view with balcony, magnificent sunrise view.

Sofa beds were hard by American standards.

Close to supermarket.Elevators quick. Hotel looks like from 1970 but it functions well and is efficient and friendly.Good buffet on some evenigs.

Only 1 internet terminal which did not work, computer too old and kept crashing.Jacuzzi hot tub not working.Breakfast was the continental type fresh food but limited eggs to scrambled and boiled.Only one spot for disabled which they gave me. need more.
